We are as yet a small company, but we do our best to respond to customer service as soon as humanly possible. Tickets are generated right away, and then dealt with during our normal business hours.
It is important to emphasize that customer service does NOT OFFER MEDICAL ADVICE! That is beyond the scope of what we can do. Trying to diagnose all acute conditions and their unique complications in each individual worldwide is a huge undertaking – clearly beyond what anyone can do.
However, technical problems like lack of eRemedy signal or server issues are very important, and we certainly want to correct these as soon as possible.
