If you do not hear the 13 second hissing sound, there is something wrong. Here are the possibilities:

  1. Perhaps your device’s sound is not turned on. If so, turn it on.
  2. Perhaps your WiFi or cellphone connection is not active. If so, reboot the router and maybe your device as well, or move to an area with better connectivity.
  3. The url might be wrong. If it was changed inadvertently, it might not reach our server properly. If so, contact customer service so we can create a ticket to fix it for you.
  4. Our server might be failing. If so, contact customer service to create a ticket.

The first two possibilities are the most likely, so checking your sound and rebooting your device and router are first steps.
